I updated my comment. There might be a newer GPU driver on Intel’s site. What other options are you considering?

It's just a basic PC built for gaming. I already have my gaming mouse and am starting to install the drivers.

Check if Windows includes a built-in LAN adapter. If not, consider installing one for internet connectivity.

Consider the newest AMD drivers for your GPU. The ones from the Asus website are intended for integrated graphics.
