I usually just install the GPU drivers because Windows comes with most of my hardware. Look in your device manager to confirm everything is there. If all items appear collapsed, your system supports the full hardware setup. You should mainly worry about high-end graphics, audio, or networking gear that would benefit from a better driver. For now, if it works fine, leave it as is.

I enjoy software that's considered low-quality. I always advise people to avoid such programs because they don't offer real value for users. It's smarter to verify updates yourself and install them manually to prevent unwanted additions from the software. For instance, I never use the Catalyst Control Center since it tends to install other applications without any choices. These kinds of programs are essentially just a trick.
