I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it didn't work without the drivers. I attempted this during the initial installation as well.

Ah, that now clicks. The adapter is set, but you still require the antenna. The card you purchased is meant for laptops that already come with an antenna. You’ll have to purchase ones designed for desktops or obtain a separate Wi-Fi card.

These cards require an external wire for the antenna to function properly in this setup.

You only need Bluetooth for audio, not Wi-Fi. The info about working on desktops might not be accurate. Do you require the antenna? It should connect within about two feet.

Seems like you're heading to Amazon for more shopping.

The link provided points to a product page on Amazon. It appears to be for an antenna cable module, but whether it works depends on your specific needs and setup.

Evga installed a M.2 E slot for WiFi and Bluetooth, yet they didn’t complete the antenna connections.

Some desktop boards include antennas right out of the box, not just on Wi-Fi cards.

Usually, when a motherboard supports WiFi, it includes antennas, which is quite obvious.
