Set up Windows 10, fresh installation, USB drive
I'll assist your girlfriend in setting up her PC. She's getting new components, including a fresh SSD and some older parts. You'll need to install Windows 10 using a USB drive. You have an 8GB stick now, but you might want to upgrade if needed. Also, you'll purchase a new Windows 10 license. Let me know if you need more details!
Open the Media Creation Tool from the link provided. Connect the USB drive, and the process will begin automatically.
The 8GB storage is sufficient. It seems it requires roughly 4GB. After connecting it via USB, adjust your boot priority to USB, save the changes, exit BIOS, and the installation will start.
