I'll assist your girlfriend in setting up her PC. She's getting new components, including a fresh SSD and some older parts. You'll need to install Windows 10 using a USB drive. You have an 8GB stick now, but you might want to upgrade if needed. Also, you'll purchase a new Windows 10 license. Let me know if you need more details!

The 8GB storage is sufficient. It seems it requires roughly 4GB. After connecting it via USB, adjust your boot priority to USB, save the changes, exit BIOS, and the installation will start.

You’ll have sufficient room on your 8GB USB drive to install the newest device drivers or additional software required for a smooth setup. Having everything centralized makes the process much simpler.

You should purchase the Win10 license from authorized retailers. Retail versions are available on USB drives, eliminating the need to create your own.
