I'm thinking about swapping my 2400MHz 2x8GB RAM for a 3200MHz version, but it would cost an extra $20 plus shipping from Amazon.

Ah yes, the tiers don't lie (hopefully), but I think the B450M Steel Legend is actually tier D while the gaming plus and mortar are tier C
