Hi there, I’m Aidan Benham, COO and VP at Elemental Lmt. We run Xygen Records, a new Counter Strike Global Offensive e-Sports squad, along with Team Thallium and a few other small ventures. If you have an experienced player with a solid PC, decent mic/headset, and CS:GO skills, please join the Thallium Discord chat.

A player’s role involves keeping an eye on team 1 during half-hour sessions three times weekly, attending tournaments, and managing three practice passes per month plus one tournament pass. Missing more than three practices or more than one tournament could lead to being removed from the team.

A captain’s duties include organizing events, leading team 1 for 1.5 hours weekly, and attending all tournaments—missing a single practice each month may result in removal or demotion.
