The feedback is clear—400 hours is acceptable. My performance is around 300 FPS, which looks solid.
Calculating 400 AFK hours with only 16+ hours on Rocket League is tough under these conditions. The low frame rate and frequent drops are likely due to the GPU issues from your laptop, especially with the Igpu driver problems. Once you upgrade to a better motherboard, things should stabilize and you can focus on improving your performance.
