Well my experience tells me I could have potential conflict and BSOD,I wouldn't risk, since laptop is not supported by W10. But if anyone already tried these drivers on W10 and no issues, I would be glad to install them..

If your laptop isn't compatible with Windows 10, you won't be able to locate a corresponding driver. The best option is to use drivers for Windows 7 or 8 instead. During installation, don't run the executable—simply open Device Manager and point it at the downloaded file. When I set up Windows 10 on my first-gen Intel i5 with a P7P55D motherboard, no Windows 10 drivers were available; only Windows 7 or 8 drivers worked. The Device Manager successfully detected the required Windows 8 driver without any problems.

I located it in the .cab file I shared, but I’m unsure which .exe to launch for installation. The Device Manager doesn’t show Intel graphics, only an AMD driver is present.

I chose to use W8 drivers after extraction and encountered this issue. What should I do next?

It might be concealed. Open View and select Show Hidden Devices. You won’t be able to execute the installer because it verifies your system version as Windows 8. You need to install the driver through Device Manager, which should locate the appropriate driver from the downloaded cab file.

It was indeed concealed Bravo! However, I'm unable to update the display driver at all—none of the drivers are functioning properly.
