I received bad news. I purchased a new B450 gaming max plus today and installed everything. After flashing the latest BIOS version, it booted up after some time, then entered Windows. Restarting the PC didn’t help. The debug light is off, there’s no signal detected, yet the speakers are still producing sound. All fans are operating normally. I checked the CPU, socket, and PSU—everything seems new and tested properly. Still very disappointed.
It was clearly nothing because the debug light wasn’t on. The problem seemed to be related to the plastic case with the GPU, likely for dust protection and visibility. It was located on the right side of the motherboard near the SATA ports and along the PCIe express lane. Great job with the MSI build! Tomahawk looked well-made, but my GPU isn’t fitting at all—I’ll upgrade soon. If you look up your GPU online, you can see if removing the black red cover helps. Also, trying a different PCIe express slot might work better since it didn’t fit there either. Thanks for the info.
