Other than the led displaying the "d6" error there is one red led next to the ram but from what I gather that just means XMP is enabled.

This could indicate a problem with one or both RAM sticks or DIMM slots. I’d test each slot individually using one stick at a time, and if possible, use a spare working DDR4 module.

They checked every available slot for RAM. Using a different type would help, though it seems some of their modules might have failed simultaneously.
