The prevailing idea is that the mount isn't ideal or the pump isn't functioning properly.

The setup wasn't working properly. I'm not sure how to connect the cable from the pump. Do you have any idea what might be causing the issue?

Review the instructions for your cooler and the motherboard—they’ll provide guidance. Since you don’t have an AIO, you might want to search for more specific information.

I followed all the setup instructions from the manual, but now I’m facing an issue—my PC won’t start and seems inactive as if it lacks power.

Verify the power source is active, confirm the switch is engaged, ensure the power cord is securely attached, and check that the power button remains connected. Proceed next.

Check another location on a different circuit. Next, reposition the CPU. After that, install the RAM. Ensure every power supply cable is securely connected before removing and reattaching them.

It shouldn’t endanger the mobile user, though I’m unsure of its nature. Are there any nearby computer repair shops?

Unfortunately, I'm feeling a bit drawn to purchasing a ready-made version instead.
