BIOS already updated to the newest release. I’ll attempt to turn it on in the BIOS and remove RyzenM from my system.

Reset CMOS or perform a factory BIOS restore (re-enable XMP). Then activate PBO and test performance. Ryzen struggles with overclocking due to Precision Boost already being finely tuned for maximum efficiency. Focus on providing sufficient power and thermal capacity. Increasing voltage is possible but limits are reached at higher temperatures, which also reduces thermal headroom. Consider lowering the voltage instead of using static settings, especially on Zen 2. Using an offset rather than a fixed voltage is preferable if your BIOS supports it. Another method is the Clock Tuner for Ryzen (CTR) with a 1us adjustment. This applies undervolt in a controlled manner but can be unstable. Generally, PBO offers the most reliable improvement by slightly easing default limits, enabling higher boosts.

PBO rarely performs much work. You might gain an additional 50-100MHz by chance. It doesn't act aggressively. For more aggression, adjust BIOS settings to control PPT, TDC, and EDC, though this requires strong cooling.

All the advice you received turned out to be much improved. The Cinebench score came in at 11,000.
