It's likely just a matter of being polite and calm during the call. The company doesn't need to be large like HP or Dell; you can be the manufacturer since you built the device.

Why? Alienware isn't bad at all. People often say it's too expensive, but that's just their perspective. You avoid spending a lot of time figuring out compatibility, assembling the setup, and troubleshooting. It's a solid brand overall. They might have some bad models or design problems here and there, but most of the time it works well. Their warranty support is better than many other OEMs. It's not Logitech or brands with great local service, but overall it's acceptable.
