Microsoft is clearly involved. Alienware handles the physical components.
How pleasant it is to be in this situation? Should I give up my virginity? Could that be effective? I’m really worried about it. I don’t want to waste another 120$CAD D.
Why? Alienware isn't bad at all. People often say it's too expensive, but that's just their perspective. You avoid spending a lot of time figuring out compatibility, assembling the setup, and troubleshooting. It's a solid brand overall. They might have some bad models or design problems here and there, but most of the time it works well. Their warranty support is better than many other OEMs. It's not Logitech or brands with great local service, but overall it's acceptable.
