I'm not familiar with any M$ OS distribution. No free operating system like that exists I know of. Otherwise, people wouldn't upgrade from Windows. (Even now millions use Windows 7, and I bet some still run Vista. And if you really need it, you can still work on XP.) Forked versions of Firefox and Chromium will support XP.
