Check your BIOS settings first, then consider Ryzen Master for optimization.

Temperatures look perfectly fine. I rely on the PBO2 Tuner, though some BIOS versions already include this feature. It's worth it for the very stable 4450 clock.

Your ASUS Strix X570 Gaming Board supports adjusting voltages and settings. You can safely modify values like .10V without risking damage, though extreme adjustments such as .20V should be avoided.

Use only the curve optimizer. Apply core -30 for better efficiency, which should reduce power consumption by about 10c. If your CPU struggles, try -25. Still, -30 should work fine. For the sake of the test, I can run my X3D semi-passively across three coolers without any fans.

I just find it weird that most people want to undervolt the cpu and not really mess with the frequency. But you're saying don't mess with the voltage at all? i just find it weird how I'm getting low to mid 70's in game with minor spikes to as high as 84c. I don't remember my ryzen 3700x getting this hot at all. So I just wanna try anything to get the temp down lower. I guess this weekend I might have to drain the loop and check to see the thermal paste. Maybe I didn't use enough even though I used a spreader and every inch was covered.

Their 3700X performance doesn<|pad|>, it stands apart. And definitely avoid touching the voltage—just rely on the curve. That’s what folks mention when they refer to undervolting. You can’t push this chip beyond its limits except via BCLK overclocks.

Yes, there are resources available that explain current weather conditions and what they mean. You can follow a reliable guide to understand the situation better.

Using PBO2 tuner preserves your settings and applies them directly to the BIOS. You can also perform an offset curve at values like -25 or 30 plus additional parameters.

It's a hot chip since the L3 is positioned directly above the CPU (stacked vertically). In my setup, it's even hotter than the 5900X. Using the EKWB 360mm AIO, adjust the PBO curve offset to negative and begin with 15. Test for stability; if it works, try 20. Most users stick to 15, 20, or 25, while 30 is uncommon.
