Optimal performance remains around 3600MHz 16-19-19 due to ample supply availability. This issue isn't primarily about CPUs. The significant price increase today from 3000 to 3600 isn't substantial, particularly if you're comfortable with less precise timings (such as CL18).

Never mentioned it was a good deal—it's the opposite. The gap between CL14 and CL16 at 3600Mhz isn't significant, making the 3600Mhz CL16 a solid choice worth thinking about.

Yes. Achieving 32GB with 16GB using 3600Mhz CL16 chips delivers excellent value. Still, I should note that not all Zen 3 or Ryzen 5000 models may handle memory performance identically.
