Ryzen 5000 processor paired with suitable RAM for optimal performance
The memory setup for Zen 3 is still effective, and a 3600MHz clock speed works well. It remains a solid choice for performance.
This part is available at a higher frequency and model number: 3600Mhz+ CL14. More details can be found here: https://pcpartpicker.com/products/memory...ice&page=1
I believed speeds above 3000 didn't significantly improve performance unless you're using Zen1.
On the UK PCPartPicker page, just five items showed prices; four were listed on Newegg and one on Corsair’s site. This particular model appears to be available on Amazon UK as well: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07ZTNFGSK. However, the selection still feels limited.
It varies by context, but it can certainly assist with typical/peak results. Keep in mind the reference guide https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/3508-...ock-mclock shows a 5% boost at 3000Mhz, which I think is beyond normal variation. This specific example focused on CPU speed being important. Other benchmarks may show different changes.
