Try this approach. If it fails, consider alternatives. Make sure your 3200MHz RAM operates correctly at 2137MHz.

The issue isn't with the RAM. It's related to the BIOS. They should have addressed this with the B450 mobos already, but they left it unresolved. Try these steps: disable XMP. Set Multiplier 29 / 2933 Dram voltage channel A/C to 1.35V. Adjust CAS latency to 15 Trcdrd 17 Trcdwr 17 Trp and set TRP to 17. That’s the only stable configuration I’ve found. No need for BIOS or sound resets.

Start fresh with a new configuration. The current settings at 2933 and 3200 MHz seem quite stable.
