You might lower the voltage or switch to a different cooler. Raising fan speed could also help. Ambient temperature seems around 27-28°C.

You recently purchased the Ryzen 3600 and are experiencing excellent performance, but temperatures remain high. After checking the cooler and applying aftermarket thermal paste, nothing seems to improve the situation. Even with stock speeds, CPU temperatures spike to 90°C under load. Execute HWinfo64, verify CPU power usage. If it stays within standard ranges, your IHS cooler connection is likely faulty. Confirm a solid bond exists. Thermal paste isn't sufficient; cooler type also matters. Temperature spikes to peak immediately indicate no heat absorption, no place for dissipation. Begin there.

We verified the cooler several times during my visit to the store; everything appeared normal. I’m not very familiar with CPU wattage, so it’s hard to know the right settings.

I can examine the cooler several times, but that doesn't confirm proper contact. A better way is to take it out and check how evenly the thermal paste was applied on the chip. If not, the cooler mount might be faulty. When it comes to parameters to check, what should you focus on?

Running it now at 4.0ghz and 1.15 volt, but I feel like I'm not reaching full voltage.
