It would be useful to examine the voltage levels. A bigger air cooler would provide some benefit. Could you tell me what case you're using and how your fans are arranged?
Good ventilation setup in mind. I’d consider replacing the 140mm exhaust fans with 120mm intake fans if feasible, and adjust the speed of the top fans to run at lower RPMs. This should improve airflow through the case. Useful to test before purchasing a new CPU cooler. It’s a bit high for a third-gen Ryzen, which likely explains the elevated temperatures—provided voltages aren’t sustained, the risk remains mainly from the higher heat output. For context, my R7 3800x rarely overheats despite similar conditions, thanks to a larger air cooler and lower voltages.
I can't exchange the 140mm part because the case only allows one 140mm intake, making 120mm the preferable option.
It's a new version of noctua, and I can adjust its shape accordingly.
