The higher NB voltage you chose aids memory overclocking, allowing your RAM to reach 3200mhz without needing adjustments. Also, has your BIOS been updated?

The bios is current and all settings don't seem to help. It looks like the issue might be related to the bios itself, as similar problems have been resolved with a bios update.

I've already seen this before but it still doesn't help, I'm a Shure and I have the latest bios.

I've already looked it over but it still doesn't help. I'm using Shure and have the newest BIOS. Can you tell me which version appears at the top right of the screen in EZ mode? Also, please try clearing the BIOS if you're certain you have the latest—use the jumper on the motherboard instead of removing the battery, as that often doesn't work. The latest version is E7A34AMS.

When attempting to overclock my Ryzen 1600x it boots but cpuz displays a multiplier of 22 which is significantly different from my settings.
Omaxoo7:
My pump has failed now everything is broken.
I have the same processor, motherboard, and problem. Does yours function properly at standard clock speed?

Retrieve the most recent BIOS update, it seems to be E7A34AMS.180. My 1600X on an MSI B350 Tomahawk with G.Skill Ripjaw4 3000 wouldn't overclock until I updated the BIOS to the latest version. After updating, I set the CPU to 3.9Ghz and used A-XMP2, which worked perfectly without any problems. I manually set the CPU frequency to 3900 and selected A-XMP2, leaving all other settings as default. The PC has been running smoothly for a week with these configurations.
