Hello, I recently upgraded my system with a 3700x and used the standard Wraith Prism cooler. During idle it maintains a temperature between 40°C and 50°C, occasionally rising to about 55°C. When gaming it quickly reaches 77°C to 80°C and stays there, with spikes up to 88°C. The room temperature is around 21°C. Does this align with what’s typical for the 3700x? I have A-XMP enabled and no additional overclocking. My current settings include: - Extra top exhaust fan installed. - BIOS updated to the latest release (reduced idle temps by ~10°C). - Custom CPU fan curve created. - Undervolting at 0.1V (no impact on performance or heat, tested with Cinebench R20). System specs: case Corsair Graphite 230T (2 intake fans, 1 rear exhaust, 1 extra top), SSD 120GB Samsung 850 EVO, HDD 1000GB Toshiba 7200RPM + WD Black 2TB, PSU Corsair VS Series VS650 MOBO, CPU AMD Ryzen 7 3700X, GPU Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Windforce OC. Are these readings acceptable? Is there anything else you can try to lower the temperature without spending much (like a new cooler or case)?
