Based on the memory controller and type of DRAM, you might achieve the listed speeds. Once you're done, I'll assume you applied the changes and everything is restored. Try running some games to check if the DCPO (XMP) settings improved performance.

I'll test CS:GO at the lowest and ultra settings again. Dust 2 with AI.

I started playing CS:GO and the menu music sounded odd with distorted sounds that kept looping in a gated pattern. At the lowest settings it felt smooth, but at higher settings it dropped to around 27-30 FPS. That doesn’t seem normal since my Ryzen 3 3200G is close to GT1030 performance. My GT630 handled CS:GO well on medium settings with smooth and high FPS.
