Ryzen 2700X with 16 GB RAM (7.95 GB available)

Hello, I'm facing a problem with my memory. Here are my system details: Gigabyte B450M S2H (Bios Version: F60e), Ryzen 2700x XPG Spectrix S41 with 2x8GB RAM at 3200MHz. It looks like I only have 7.95GB available out of the 16GB package. I've tried using Windows fixes, but nothing worked. If anyone has suggestions, please let me know—most games are consuming my RAM now.

This occurs when the system encounters a chipset that accommodates four slots. It's an unusual issue I haven't encountered a reliable solution for yet.

The only memory usage comes from apps that use electrons, which makes sense since electron requires a lot of RAM.

Are you utilizing built-in graphics? It seems like a significant portion of memory might be set aside for graphics if you're using them.
