Three points to consider, but you'll need more work for testing if all software cases are excluded. Memory or CPU on the mainboard. The problem might lie with one of these. It's usually easiest to start with the simplest part first.

Really, I don’t remember anything about Ryzen except XT and G models with iGPUs.

Thanks a lot for your assistance with Guy! It looks like adjusting my BIOS and turning on IOMMU resolved the problem.
