Windows 10 doesn’t provide enough drivers for my PC to work properly. Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 cover all the drivers I need. If Windows 7 Pro is available at a reasonable price, I’m definitely okay—I won’t waste $100 on something I should already have.

Yes, the beta version is available. It doesn't offer Windows for free, and most people prefer a paid version.
