I've tested this in WW3 Rust and even the Mw2 beta I was achieving 60 fps on low settings with uncapped frame rates and everything. I just don't understand why I can't push above 60% of the specs. Your setup includes: Ryzen 7-3700x, 16 GB RAM, 3000 MHz DDR4 (XMP enabled), 1 TB NVMe SSD, RTX 2070, 8 GB GDDR6, 144 MHz overclock with NVidia software.

It's not unusual for players to aim for higher percentages in other titles as well, including Rust.

XMP isn't inherently bad, but it can affect performance. Enabling XMP for your RAM at 3000MHz might not be ideal if you're aiming for maximum speed. Consider keeping XMP disabled and sticking to your 3000MHz setting unless you need specific memory features.
