Hi
According to your benchmark, your CPU and SSD are not performing well. For the CPU, consider updating to the latest RYZEN drivers. Also visit the ASrocks website and update your motherboards' BIOS. Regarding your Kingston unit, I'm not sure what to do. However, ASrock BIOS and Ryzen drivers for the CPU could be important if your CPU is limiting your performance.

And execute a Virus Tool to verify there are no bots or backdoors that degrade performance. Many people overlook this issue. I don’t imply you don’t, but it wouldn’t cause any harm.

The issue began when your PC started crashing every five minutes. Please update Windows to the most recent version and let me know the outcome.

After switching the fast boot setting back on, there are fewer crashes now, though the PC has still experienced some crashes. I plan to update Windows 10 soon.
