I gave up and started using an Xbox 360 controller for Halo 2. I own my own copies of both titles, and I’d be happy to buy them again in Halo: MCC for PC. I really hope they release Halo: ODST for PC soon—this game is a huge favorite of mine!

I dislike Microsoft because they aren't understanding that they're losing clients. Why would you ever just launch a game for consoles? That seems absurd!

Maybe we'll get the collection in a few years; but if there's absolutely no way they will release it for PC any time soon. The point of the collection isn't to make money on the game, but to have people buy the Xbone. If they would release it for PC they wouldn't have as many people purchase an Xbone and future Xbone titles.

They probably don’t really focus on petitions unless many people sign them. Their main goal seems to be making more money, not satisfying even a small part of their audience. It’s likely they aim to earn more from xbones sales than from just a few extra copies of one game.

People think Microsoft is friendly because they see it as a company focused on profit. They notice how they combine the Xbox with games at discounted prices, which makes them seem more like a helpful partner.

They might find some value in it, but I really dislike it. I prefer not to play any first-person shooter games on an Xbox.

It seems the upcoming releases of Halo on PC aren't imminent. Perhaps a few years from now, similar to what happened with Halo CE. It might happen if they maintain enough copies despite people hesitating to buy an Xbox One initially. As someone who first played Halo CE in 2001, I genuinely wish to complete the series, though I won’t purchase an Xbox solely for that. Hopefully, they’ll make it available for PC soon.
