Hey everyone, I just wanted to share some interest in this petition. It’s about getting the upcoming Halo: Master Chief Collection released on PC, something many of you would definitely support. I began my gaming journey as a console player and Halo is one of my top picks—really missing the chance to play it again. Let’s gather more support for this! Simply provide your name, email, and address. You can also mention why you’d like the game on PC if you wish. http://www.change.org/p/microsoft-releas...tion-on-pc Thanks for checking it out!

It's accurate but doesn't guarantee a future port. It seems the market will follow what people desire. I doubt many will purchase an Xbone solely for one title. There might be some interest, but it won't be a massive shift. Microsoft would likely earn more by releasing it across platforms anyway.

It would be great if they resumed releasing Halo for PC, but that could mean losing profits. The main goal behind a Microsoft-sponsored title is to maintain exclusivity, encouraging more buyers to purchase the system for that game. They understand that Halo is often the key factor in choosing Xbox over PlayStation (for me). If it moves to PC, they might boost overall sales, but could hurt the new Xbox market and risk losing customer confidence by removing an exclusive title from their platform.

I anticipate this might come around eventually, though likely not in the next couple of years. I still enjoy playing Halo: CE on PC with the FOV adjustment, and it really looks great. Buying a $350-$400 console plus an extra $50 each year just to stay updated would be impractical. So I’ll hold off until the game launches for PC, if that happens then I’ll support Microsoft’s decision. It’s not harmful to test it, but I’m skeptical about a petition changing their stance. If they decide to bring Halo: MCC to PC platforms like Steam or GMG, I’ll be ready to accept their apology—provided the experience runs smoothly and isn’t hindered by unfair restrictions.

Yeah, the halo is the main reason someone might want an xbone, but it doesn’t quite meet my expectations. I’m skeptical about how much they value their customers since they moved from PC gaming to something else recently. Also, Halo 1 and 2 are already available on PC.

I'm feeling the same way. I enjoy Halo but don't have the budget for it. I watch Halo: CE and Halo 2 on Twitch sometimes—they're still good, though the mouse sensitivity in the game is really off. Even with the highest settings on my mouse, it doesn't work smoothly with the keyboard.
