Regarding the cloud part, it did some downloading before the “reset/reinstall,” which only took a few minutes. I think it completed all the necessary downloads, but I’m not entirely sure.

I'm not entirely confident, but I selected "Yes" for both cleaning data and deleting files from all drives.
But again, it feels like using a media tool and formatting all drives—no idea what I'm doing.
