Reported issue over the past three days without clear explanation.
Hi, I've been experiencing stutters during games and when watching videos for about three days now. The issue started after I made no changes to my setup. My PC has been running for around two and a half years. It was recently found that the problem might be related to the graphics card or system settings. I shut down the computer once yesterday, restarted it, and everything worked fine. Today, nothing seems to help—I drop to 5-10 frames per second every time it happens.

I’m unsure how to verify the BIOS version.
You can install CPU-Z and look under the mainboard tab for the BIOS version.
What’s your PSU’s age?
Attempt using DDU in Safe Mode, disable all GPU drivers (Intel, AMD, Nvidia), then restart and manually install the newest GPU driver from Nvidia’s support site via an elevated command—Right click the installer > Run as Administrator.
