I just set it up and let it handle itself; there were a few updates but not many. IoBit managed the driver for the monitor, which is now handled there, though it didn’t improve performance. I’ve tried setting the frame rate to 90, 120, or 144 and letting it run freely—still the same results. I’ve run those commands before, and even after fresh installing Windows 10 and 11, I keep running into the same issues with the system.

Driver Booster is setting up the standard monitor drivers. Please specify the brand and model of your monitor.

Requesting clarification once more. After replacing the PSU with a 750W unit, the games stutter simultaneously. Should I require more than a 750W power supply for my setup? Below are the specifications posted again: CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 5800X3D, RAM - MSI X570 Pro Carbon Wi-Fi, GPU - Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB, 16X2, 3600MHz, cooler - H115i V2, RAM cooler - C18.
