My chipset drivers come straight from the AMD site since the MSI version hasn’t been refreshed for a while. The Xbox game bar remains off, preventing the switch to gamemode from working.

Same problem occurred. This resolves it for me with the Ryzen 5500.

They're using the newest SSD firmware. The SSDs have been trimmed for better performance. Updated other drivers, such as Iobit Driver Booster, which helps with Realtek network and audio drivers.

They’re updated with the newest firmware and made another tweak, hoping everything works. I’ll let you know in five minutes.

I've experimented with various RAM timings on my own, plus purchased new kits, but nothing really solved the issue for me. Sadly, it didn't work well with RAM.

After all that was completed, the FPS rose but the frame rate drops and stutters remain noticeable.

Have you verified your DPC latency? During the peaks, did the Windows Reliability Monitor indicate any issues? Have you tested with older NVIDIA drivers? Did you try the latest ones, which might have been released recently? Have you applied all default configurations, such as BIOS settings? Is your GPU running the most recent vBios or firmware? Are you enabling Above 4G decoding and Resizable BAR?

DPC latency ranges from 898 to 1096 during gaming, which is unclear whether it's acceptable. The Windows Reliability Monitor shows no information at all. The default BIOS has been tested with every version I've tried, including vBios which was only updated for my card. I had to flash it to turn on the resizable bar, which is also enabled with 4G decoding. I'm using the latest driver now, but I've tried many others from release day to known good versions.

Have you verified with Iobit Driver Booster? Have you attempted running these commands as an admin in CMD, PowerShell, or Windows Terminal? DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth SFC /scannow Are you restricting your frame rate or allowing it to increase? Using the newest driver for your monitors?

I just tried your fix and while it boosted my frame rate by 8fps in one title, it didn’t completely eliminate the stuttering or sudden spikes in rendering time.
