Repeat and continue stuttering.
Hello everyone, I recently assembled a new PC and have faced several stuttering problems during gaming. I've tried various solutions—cleaned drivers with DDU, reinstalled Windows on a new SSD, adjusted some BIOS settings. Despite these efforts, stress tests didn’t reveal anything out of the ordinary. I’m now feeling puzzled and considering upgrading components. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You might want to follow this manual (along with suggestions from others). If you have a GPU riser cable, consider taking it out since it's known to create problems.
Have you explored options without XMP? Checked if the Multiplane Overlay MPO can be turned off?
It seems your overclock/undervolt settings aren't holding steady. Start by resetting everything in BIOS to defaults and then turn off XMP, leaving the system at automatic speeds. If that works, begin with XMP enabled before adjusting the undervolt. You can also manually configure primary timings, memory voltage, and frequency. Your PC isn’t performing well with the XMP profile, especially if you’ve made manual adjustments.
Completed the task. Disabled xmp (2133), fully turned off undervolt, but stutter persists.
