I don’t use TikTok and wouldn’t visit there for assistance. I’ve been working with PCs since 1986 and Windows 3.0. If I’m stuck, I usually turn to resources like this. Would it help sharing a screenshot of the errors you’re seeing?

Honestly, I didn’t download it and I won’t. It was just a joke. I’m not very familiar with errors, but maybe someone should share it anyway.

A hive represents a log of the registry. When damaged, it signals that incorrect information is being saved to storage.

I considered Hiren's BootCD PE setup, you might attempt creating a USB drive, boot it, and restore your system—there are powerful utilities available for that!

My RAM OC is just enabled XMP and stayed that way for about a year. Recently, I ran a program that removes leftover files from programs and I think it stripped too much from the registry. Everything was fine for a couple of weeks. On Thursday I came home from work with no sound. After trying to reinstall drivers and they didn’t work, I started other tasks and discovered some corruption. The missing sound came through HDMI. After many hours of troubleshooting, I finally tried a fiber cable and it worked perfectly. I still wanted to fix the issue from not working, so I ended up here. I guess I should have started with the root cause.

I also encountered logs, which was hard to understand. It’s worth noting I experience distributed COM errors in the Event Viewer.

Review the three leading search results; they could provide useful guidance. It seems you've already attempted sfc and dism, so the third resource might offer additional solutions. Consider using chkdsk as a next step.

It won’t create a USB drive to attempt repairs, but it will start from the Windows installation media. It boots from the Windows disk but fails to install. I wasn’t aware you were suggesting another person’s method—maybe that could help. This might work. Standard Windows won’t install on its own.
