You mentioned it under two hours, and I did the identical action. The manufacturer returned my payment on the same day.
Visit the game page you wish to get a refund for. Tap "It's not what I expected" and follow the instructions to request your refund.
When sending a refund to Steam Wallet, it generally takes around 5 minutes to 2 hours for the system to process and accept or deny it. If you choose PayPal, the transfer will take 3 to 5 days to complete. However, once accepted, your funds will appear in your Steam Wallet shortly afterward.
They mentioned it could take up to 15 days for the funds to return to your Visa, while mine was completed in 9 days. The refund to the Steam wallet took roughly 1 day for me.
