Ryzen 3xx models generate significantly more heat compared to Ryzen 1xxx or 2xxx. Temperatures exceeding 50°C are manageable, especially with a 120mm Noctua cooler. Running above 80°C without throttling is possible and won’t harm the CPU. Undervolting definitely improves performance—lower temperatures and better power efficiency were achieved by enabling AMD Overclocking with a fixed voltage and multiplier. It wasn’t overly complicated.

On 3xxx CPUs it's recommended to turn off PBO entirely. It doesn't perform well and causes the processors to overheat. This seems to be a recent improvement. Most manuals for Ryzen 3xxx already suggest disabling PBO.

PBO Curve Optimizer is a Ryzen 5000 series capability. It isn't present in earlier Ryzen models. Additionally, A320 boards do not support PBO.

I'm not sure about their condition, but I thought the usual idle temperatures were around 30-40. Your readings are 50-55-60, which seems normal. It would be better if they could be reduced, right? Thanks!

Cinebench limits reach 82, but averages stay around 80. I’m using the standard cooler, and since it’s currently summer here, it might be impacting performance.
