Reduce game resource consumption for better performance
I've checked my setup carefully. My i5-12600K runs with an RTX 3080 Z690, and everything else seems fine. The issue started after launching Warzone—my GPU hit 90%+ while the CPU stayed around 10-20%. I noticed this only affected games, not other tasks. When I adjusted BIOS settings and restarted, my frame rates dropped significantly in all games, especially during gameplay. Now it's happening even when I'm not playing. After resetting everything in BIOS, the problem persisted. The memory frequency is capped at 4800 MHz for the 12th generation chipset. It’s frustrating since I thought I fixed it, but it keeps happening. Please help me figure this out.
Restore BIOS to its default state and begin from that point. Avoid making arbitrary changes. Research what you’re modifying to understand its purpose and effects. Ensure every component receives adequate cooling and that all fans operate correctly.

I cleared all configurations to the standard settings in BIOS, but the issue persisted. Everything appears to be operating normally with the fans functioning correctly, making it hard to determine what caused the problem after resetting.
I've refreshed my profile details and installed Windows 11, but the issue persists.
Suggest testing with 3DMark Firestrike and TimeSpy, then share the results to verify they match expectations. The free/demo edition contains these assessments.
that shit is 35 dollars and it makes u buy the app first and then you can use firestrike i aint buying that and my userbenchmark is not working for some reason its just stuck saying updating maybe because i downloaded windows 11?
