Hey there, sorry for the confusion. Here are the updates I’ve made: one open day, a Windows update helped fix the issue completely—CPU usage jumped to 4.8 GHz and performance improved. Then next time I turned on my PC, it dropped to just 1% CPU during a game, but the frequencies were still boosting.
