It runs smoothly for the game, but my locked i5 @ 3.9Ghz doesn’t consistently hit 100%—just occasional spikes here and there, though it still uses most of the GPU. The performance is usually in the high 80s to low 90s, rarely reaching MAXCPU for more than a second. Once it dips, CPU usage drops to around 80-90%, while the GPU stays at 99-100% (R9-290 @ 1100Mhz). Playing at 1080p with Ultra specs, 2xMSAA, no extra settings.

Your 3570K at 4.8GHz ran at 98-100% CPU usage across all cores while playing GTA 5 at 1080p. At 1440p it's slightly lower but still quite high.
