When playing GTA my CPU stays at maximum even with Vsync enabled. The GPU only uses a little over 70%. I need to identify which settings cause the most strain. I’ve confirmed GTA consumes about 95% of the CPU while Chrome and other apps take the rest. RAM usage is around 7.8GB, which is normal.

It's curious... I'm puzzled about reducing CPU usage when temperatures are normal and performance is stable. It seems like advanced graphics might still affect CPU performance. I'm not entirely confident about this.

I'm facing the same problem with my i5 3570K. It loses around 10% performance when I remove my second graphics card, and it also drops to about 25-30% when using VSync at 30fps (around 85-95%). It looks like the frame rate is affecting it. I've already submitted a ticket with Rockstar for the past two weeks (only a week of communication), so I'll let you know as soon as I find a fix.

Yes, Intel Core i5 processors aren't fast enough for this game. People often dismiss my concerns. Scaling distance and density of players are definitely demanding on the CPU. I'm not sure about the remaining options.

It works well on your i5-4690k at 4.4GHz. About 75fps is typical with just FXAA enabled, except for very high grass and high-res shadows.

No one is eager to accept it since millions are participating, and many aren’t even using the latest i7s. The data also doesn’t confirm this claim.

Tbh I don't care if you think it runs fine, I care about numbers. And they're not good. If you think that's fine then good for you. I don't because frametimes spike up to console frametimes. They tested CPUs at 1600p lol. I'm playing with an i5 too. It's not unplayable, but it's not really smooth either. Take a look at the graph above.
