I discovered your RAM isn't functioning properly, and after testing on another machine, I decided to replace it. This should likely resolve the issue.
Have you tested the latest RAM? It's possible the motherboard slots might be damaged. Consider using just one RAM stick in slot A2 only.
The new RAM is expected to arrive next week. I attempted to use one stick, but it didn’t function properly. I also tried it on another PC, though I believe the issue lies with the RAM itself.
The PC won't start with just one or two drives in? Have you checked slot A2 for each stick? Did you select the right slots? (For example, use the second-to-last and the farthest one.) Is the DRAM indicator only lighting up when you power it on? Does your RAM display any color?
The RGB lights typically activate when you power on the PC. These colors are usually stored in the RAM or motherboard. Could you share your system specifications for more details?
Wait for the new RAM to install and test the device. Did you attempt only one in A2 and only B2? Has this occurred recently or is it the first time you've powered on a newly purchased computer? Edited May 16, 2024 by filpo
