I discovered the problem after moving the CPU, which removed all my USB drives and fixed the issue. I wasn’t sure if it was the USBs or the CPU that caused the problem.

The RAM isn't functioning properly even when moved to another computer, which suggests it may be defective. Typically, RAM comes with a lifetime warranty. Were you purchasing this RAM as a new item?

Sadly, the majority of RAM warranties aren't passed on to used units, though you might contact the maker using the serial code to check their policy.
