Ensure SHIFT+F10 is pressed at the dialog showing the drive to be displayed. This will launch cmd.exe. Execute the following command and capture the output: wmic path CIM_LogicalDevice where "status != 'OK'" get deviceId, description, status The results should display all devices lacking a working driver, such as VEN_1002&DEV_67DF indicating an AMD Radeon RX 580.
