It's actually strange... my mobile didn't include network drivers, yet it stayed connected normally since Windows used the standard ones. The main thing is figuring out *how* you got Windows installed (and when). Also, if you want a quick fix, using a USB stick is definitely the best option.

Use an external USB adapter for Ethernet. It's my preferred method when drivers aren't included with the device.
