Regarding your issue, let’s start by clarifying which games you're playing and what display resolution—Full HD, WQHD, or 4K—you’re using. You can obtain all necessary drivers through the accompanying CD and also from the ASRock website: https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp. These online drivers are current, whereas those on the disc may be outdated; it's recommended to download them instead of purchasing a separate external drive. I assume you’ve downloaded the NVIDIA drivers from their official site as well. Please respond to my inquiries. I’ve installed all available components for your motherboard according to the website instructions, but this hasn't resolved the problem. Do you have any further suggestions?

Examine closely.
Every NVIDIA control panel possesses that feature!
I own two desktop computers and three laptops, all of which include that setting.
My apologies, I was searching in the incorrect location. I located the option and adjusted it to performance mode, however now each game operates at a steady 5 frames per second. I reverted it to optimal power, but this had no effect. Consequently, absolutely nothing runs smoothly.

A 5 FPS score indicates a serious problem with your computer.

Let’s see…the components we provided were designed for typical systems, not exceptionally difficult ones.

Are you experiencing driver problems? Faulty hardware? Operating system errors? And so on.

Attempting to reset the BIOS and rebuild your system entirely – reinstalling Windows from its original state and then installing all appropriate drivers (using the disc is advised at this time) – followed by configuring Windows settings from scratch, might be necessary.

That’s a very low frame rate – 5 FPS! There must be a significant problem with your computer.

The components we provided were basic and not designed for severely struggling systems. Perhaps it's a driver conflict? Or could there be faulty hardware or operating system errors?

Honestly, I’m unsure of the cause. I don’t think there are any defective parts, and both the drivers and operating system appear to be functioning correctly based on my assessment.

Now, the computer simply refuses to power on; it halts during startup. I’m at a loss for solutions.
