I recall the problem in World of Warcraft that was fixed by deleting an unnecessary HDD. Battle.net would activate due to the disk presence, causing lag. It’s uncertain if MW 2019 uses Battle.net as a launcher, but you might try removing it temporarily. Also, verify no antivirus or Windows Defender is interfering—disable them for testing and add exceptions for the game folder and launcher if needed.

It looks like your setup should work smoothly now. The experience from past CPU limitations doesn’t apply here since you’re using a much higher-end GPU. Also, confirm that your motherboard drivers are current.

I checked the game using various antivirus and Windows Defender configurations, but the issue persists. I own a 2-terabyte standard hard drive that I attempted to reinstall the game onto, which didn’t resolve the problem. I plan to re-download the game onto my M.2 SSD and then delete the two-terabyte hard drive to determine if this will fix the issue.

I haven't changed the motherboard chipset drivers since your new board arrived in early 2020. Here’s a quick guide on updating them or finding more details. For troubleshooting, check the Event Manager for removal warnings about Disks 3 and 4, and verify that the Local Activation permission for the COM Server application is correctly set. Let me know if you need further assistance!

The chipset drivers can be found on the motherboard's support page or the manufacturer's site. For this X570 board, I’m using AMD’s offerings since their own site is more current. They supply the essential drivers for smooth communication between the chipset and other components. Here’s the AMD support link.

If you notice errors like “Disk 3 and Disk 4 have been removed,” it may indicate an issue with your HDD or SSD. Open Disk Management (via Start or search), then review the connected drives.

I reviewed the disk management for disks 3 and 4, but only found disks 0, 1, and 2. I installed the chipset drivers and restarted the system. I removed the other hard drive that G-zoom recommended, yet the issue persists. I’m unsure how to proceed with the problem.

I'm also playing Cod Cold War, and it seems like there are no issues whatsoever—it's purely a contemporary warfare scenario from 2019.

Currently, the problem lies with the game itself, not any hardware issues. There’s nothing further you can do at this stage.
